Designer/Creative Services Manager:
This is a full-time position focusing primarily designing successful standard banner ads, video ads and landing pages for our clients. You will be fully in charge of the creative services that we provide our clients, whether creating designs personally, or by managing freelance design support (workload will fluctuate). You will have an opportunity to work with some of the largest digital advertisers, utilizing cutting-edge rich media technology.
Position Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients to assess objectives and make recommendations
• Design advertiser creative (ads, landing pages) using Flash
• Manage external vendor relationships (freelance designers, rich media providers, video providers)
• Design PowerPoint templates and client facing presentations (occasionally)
• Communicate internally with Account Managers, Sales and Ad Ops
• Facilitate creative launches by working with Ad Ops on specific creative coding (primarily ActionScript)
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of design experience
• Expert-level Flash and Photoshop skills
• Strong demonstrated experience designing successful direct response and brand-based ads
• Ability to review existing creative and suggest changes based on industry best practices
• Experience working directly with a client for full life cycle of project management
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
• JavaScript and ActionScript skills a huge plus but not required
• Demonstrated multi-tasking, project-management and prioritization skills
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Design, but not mandatory)
